Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges & returns shall be made by Em & Shi can be made within 15 days of receiving the piece. The refund will be issued only upon receiving the return in an unworn and undamaged condition.  Made to Measure products shall not be exchanged or returned by Em & Shi. 

Exchange or return can be made within 15 days after order delivery.

Exchange or return Conditions:

1. The product should be unused, unwashed and in an undamaged condition.
2. The bill of the product as well the original packaging has to be sent by you with the product.
3. The tag of the product should be intact.
4. The product for exchange shall be sent by you to em&shi.
5. The charges of the courier services for exchange shall be borne by you. Only if the contents of the order delivery do not match with the order placed or a damaged product is mistakenly delivered by Em & Shi, the charges of the courier services for exchange shall be borne by Em & Shi.

Exchange or Return procedure:

For exchange or return of the product, please pack the product along with its original packaging and bill and address it to:

23 Clarke Rd, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK1 1LG, United Kingdom.

If Em & Shi does not receive the product after 15 days since the information received regarding exchange or return, Em & Shi will not be able to exchange or return the product.
