Exchanges shall be made by Em & Shi only if you need a different size or the product received is defected or the contents of the product does not match with the product that was originally ordered. Made to Measure products shall not be exchanged by Em & Shi.
Exchange can be made within 14 days after order delivery.
- The product should be unused, unwashed and in an undamaged condition.
- The bill of the product as well the original packaging has to be sent by you with the product.
- The tag of the product should be intact.
- The product for exchange shall be sent by you to em&shi.
- The charges of the courier services for exchange shall be borne by you. Only if the contents of the order delivery do not match with the order placed or a damaged product is mistakenly delivered by Em & Shi, the charges of the courier services for exchange shall be borne by Em & Shi.
For exchange of the product, please pack the product along with its original packaging and bill and address it to:

If Em & Shi does not receive the product after 15 days since the information received regarding exchange, Em & Shi will not be able to exchange the product.
Note: All the products of Em & Shi are non-refundable. Em & Shi provides only for exchange of its products except for Made to Measure products.
